Dr. Alex Shuchuk, PT, DPT

Dr. Alex is a Sports Physical Therapist, certified dry needling provider, and the founder of Regain Your Game, where he specializes in sports injury rehabilitation. He has worked with professional athletes across the NHL, MLB, NFL, NBA, and MLS, as well as high-level Division I collegiate athletes and Olympians, returning them to peak performance in their respective sports.
Alex graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Kinesiology: Exercise and Movement Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While at UW-Madison, he was also a student-athlete on the Men's Ice Hockey team, giving him firsthand insight into the demands of elite-level competition. His extensive background working with athletes spans multiple roles, including strength coach, hockey coach, and physical therapist.
Alex's areas of expertise include ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, return to sport for ice hockey players, and arm pain in throwing athletes. He combines this specialty knowledge with advanced manual therapy techniques, including dry needling, to help athletes of all ages, from youth through professional, get back to the sports they love.




Dr. Colten Haack, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS

Dr. Colten is a Sports Physical Therapist, Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist, and certified dry needling provider who specializes in sports medicine and injury rehabilitation. He currently serves as the Team Physical Therapist for LOVB Madison, the city's professional volleyball team, and works with athletes ranging from recreational competitors to elite professionals.
Colten was a student-athlete at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where he was a member of the basketball team and graduated with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, then completed a prestigious sports residency at the University of Florida, where he worked with Gator athletes while earning his Board Certification as a Sports Clinical Specialist. He also holds his USA Volleyball certification and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Colten sees patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, using targeted therapies including dry needling to guide athletes through every phase of their rehabilitation. Dedicated to providing whole-person care, he partners with patients to improve both their physical and mental health, helping them get back to the activities they love.
Outside of work, Colten enjoys playing golf, pickleball, and volleyball, and supporting his favorite Wisconsin teams: the Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and Bucks.
